Apple “Donuts”

This is the perfect on the road “got the munchies” late night snack, and best part is that it’s delicious and nutritious using only natural ingredients. Enjoy a couple servings, because one serving is only 103 calories!


  • 1 medium apple
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons shredded unsweetened coconut


  1. Remove apple core with an apple coring tool. Slice the apple crosswise into 8 thin rings, about ¼ inch thick. Spread each apple ring with almond butter. Sprinkle with coconut.
