  • 1 cup uncooked quick oats
  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons Hershey’s dark chocolate baking chips


  1. Blend ingredients (except dark chocolate chips) into a batter
  2. Stir in dark chocolate chips
  3. Use cooking spray and cook pancakes on medium in skillet or on griddle; recipe makes 8 pancakes
