Healthy Pigs in a Blanket

Power your morning with protein and these tasty, healthy pigs in a blanket!  High in protein, these will keep you full for the morning journey.  Eat that home or package them up for the road – easy to make, easy to eat!


1 Harvest Wheat- 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flatout wrap
4 eggs
2 oz lean Canadian Bacon
1 cup 2% cheese

Scramble your eggs
Layout flatout wrap and slice into 8 rectangles
Evenly distribute cheese and Canadian Bacon
Top with scrambled eggs
Roll each rectangle up and stab with a tooth pick
Broil 1-3 minutes in oven, or until warm, and enjoy!
