Kale and Fruit Smoothie

Looking for a way to balance your beverages and need some flavor? This kale and fruit smoothie packs your day with nutrients and is great for taking on the road. Make in bulk, add a splash of water, shake and you are ready to go. Getting your sweet beverage fix from fresh fruit, combined with protein, is an optimal way to hydrate.
½ cup shredded Kale
½ cup Spinach
1 cup frozen Blueberries
1 cup frozen Strawberries
2/3 cup Nonfat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Almond butter
½ cup crushed ice
In a blender, combine kale, spinach, blueberries, strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, almond butter, and ice. Blend until desired consistency.
